• Another iPhone 4 image from a recent walkabout. I'm beginning to think this thing has potential. The detail holds up even at the larger sizes. I feel a blog post coming on!
Attended a college graduation yesterday. Taken shortly after the last diploma was awarded.
  • Bryce Canyon panorama
POTD 5/13/2011

We had less than a day to visit Bryce during our Southwest tour last fall, and it rained heavily the entire day. So we didn't get to enjoy the park as much as we would have liked, but this pano captures the ruggedness of the terrain and the magnificent colors are still evident, even through the rain and mist.

Thanks for all the comments on yesterday's pano. This one is a bit clearer.

I really like this study, Ed. The details and lighting are excellent, and it was a great choice to do it in black-and-white. Great quote to go along with the image as well.

Really special, Ed. I've been thinking of capturing my aging neighbors in a similar way. You've inspired me to start planning it.
