Caught in the Act!
This man and his dog were enjoying a break at an overlook in Grand Canyon Village; he was reading and his pal was people-watching. I thought it made for an interesting shot, but just as I was about to hit the shutter, the man's peripheral vision must have registered "Paparazi!" and I was discovered.
He didn't seem to mind, and the dog never batted an eye.
He's probably used to it.

on January 29, 2011Very nice shot.. good to hear that he didn't mind afterall... I'm a little jealous of the view of 'shorts weather'... Now, I'm a bit homesick for AZ. This snow is getting to be a bit much!
